摘要:

AbstractThe popularity of the peer comparison method as a tool for decision making at all levels of the college or university often raises a number of issues. This chapter presents a model that systematically incorporates peer comparisons throughout the institutional planning cycle, alleviating a number of problems and increasing the power of comparison as a higher education management tool.
