In his general article on personnel work in colleges, printed in the December issue, Dr. Cowdery refers to experiments in giving students try‐out experience in occupations. Here is a description of what is being done at Radcliffe College under the management of the Appointment Bureau. It is an interesting idea, but in practice it is even more interesting and significant, as the following article proves.
