SUMMARYThe elution pattern of IAA‐oxidase, peroxidase and polyphenoloxidase after filtration of crude pea root extract through Sephadex G 100 columns is affected by the pretreatment of the extract and also by the effluent. The changes are the same for all three enzymes. The IAA‐oxidase activity and the polyphenoloxidase activity are strongly inhibited by DIECA, but the peroxidase activity is unaffected by
