摘要:
GC/MS analysis of the hydrodistilled oils from the roots (38.4% mono-, 46.8% sesqui-, 13.7% diterpenes), trunk (68.6% mono-, 27.4% sesquiterpenes), leaves (24.0% mono-, 57.9% sesquiterpenes) and fruits (74.8% mono-, 20.8% sesquiterpenes) ofXylopia sericeaallowed the identification of 39 different constituents. More than 86%, 87%, 59% and 91% of die leaf oil, fruit oil, root oil and trunk oil, respectively, were identified in the oils, respectively. The main constituents in these oils were: leaf oil: (Z)-β-ocimene (22.78%), γ-elemene (16.67%), γ-muurolene (12.22%), β-caryophyllene (11.55%) and β-elemene (11.48%); fruit oil: myrcene (21.68%), β-pinene (13.01%) and β-elemene (10.32%); root oil: β-pinene (17.83%) and trunk oil: β-pinene (60.73%) and α-gurjunene (19.22%).
