摘要:

The problem solved in this paper is that of finding the stresses in a linear thermoelastic solid when a uniform heat flow is disturbed by the presence of an insulated circular hole with a radial edge crack. By using a Mellin transform technique the authors reduce the problem to a pair of singular integral equations, which are then solved numerically.
