摘要:

In liver biopsy specimens (between 8.5 and 22 mg wet weight) obtained from normal and thioacetamide-induced cirrhotic rat liver the polypeptide-chain-elongation-promoting activity (elongation factors 1 and 2) was determined. In liver cirrhosis the activity is reduced by about 50 %.
