摘要:

In the years 1994–96 the studies on the biological cycle on the damage caused byPiesma quadratumFieb. on sugar beet were carried out. It was found thatP.quadratummigrates to the sugar beet plantations in May during flowering of apple tree, common lilac and common horsechestnut. Only one generation of this pest occurs in Poland. Stable enclaves ofP.quadratumand beet leafcurl are maintained in Poland, and their range shifts continuously to the east.
