SummaryWe studied four cases of intermediate or marginal types of alcoholic hallucinosis. According to the clinical features, they are classified as follows:(1) A group close to delirium tremens, where alcohol withdrawal plays an important role, and the duration of symptom is short.(2) A group close to involutional depression or paraphrenia with syntonic personality, where depressive mood exists on the basis of paranoid symptom.(3) A group close to schizophrenia, especially paranoid type.
