摘要:

The fluorescent antibody method has been employed for the identification of HL-A antibodies on the surface of human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Identification of weakly reactive or non complement-fixing HL-A antibodies may augment present methods for the detection of pre-existing humoral sensitization to donor allo antigens in potential transplant recipients.
