摘要:

&NA;This article focuses on the European experience with early intervention for children with Down's syndrome. After two decades of evaluation, there is a need for a debate on its methodology. Early intervention for children with Down's syndrome is viewed, in this article, as a reconstruction of the construction processes of the child in order to facilitate optimal response to environment conditions. It demands communication skills, a high level of transparency, theoretical education, and trust in the resources of the child.
