摘要:

99mTc labelled diphoxphonic acids are worldwide used in diagnostic of sheletal diseases. We have tryed to utilize the high accumulation in the areas with increased bone metabolism for therapy. Bone marrow radiation sensitivity limits the application dose. A low energy β−-emitter will not penetrate the total marrow areas. A synthesis had been developed for preparation a35-thiophosphonic acid. The accumulation ratio up to 1:10 (normal to damaged bone), the distance distribution of bone marrow structures surrounding the marrow areas and the maximum range of35S-β−-parlicles give the chance for a therapeutic concept.
