摘要:

Extraction of essential oil fromTeucrium poliumL. using supercritical CO2at 100 bar and 40°C was performed. The supercritical extraction process was carried out by a pilot plant scale apparatus. Applying GC/MS analysis, the results were compared with those obtained for the oil isolated by conventional hydrodistillation. In both cases, the major components identified were sesquiterpenes. Germacrene D (23.6% and 13.2%) and β-caryophyllene (16.5% and 18.0%) were the main components in the extract and oil, respectively.
