SummaryThe third case of internal herniation of the cecum through the foramen of Winslow correctly diagnosed by radiography is presented. Emphasis is placed on the nearly pathognomonic roentgenologic findings, which allow accurate preoperative diagnosis in the absence of any definitive history or physical findings.
