The erythrodermic, angiolupoid and ulcerative forms of sarcoidosis are known as rare skin manifestations of this disease. We shall report on a 63-year-old woman who, since 1950, suffered from multiple therapy-resistant ulcers of both legs. These ulcers appeared in the areas of preexisting lesions of sarcoidosis. The microscopic examination of an ulcer revealed typical epithelioid cell granulomas with thickening and hyaline sclerosis of the vessel walls and partial occlusion.
