摘要:
AbstractThis study has revealed several problems in the preparation, situation, and performance of new college teachers. The recommendations of the new teachers, made at the end of the first year, are combined with the findings in the study to suggest helpful actions that could be taken by new teachers themselves, by departments receiving new teachers, by graduate students, and by graduate departments.
