AbstractThis is a report of a case of multinodular keratoacanthoma (MNKA), a rare variety of solitary keratoacanthoma (KA) characterized by a collection of multiple KA nodules on the margins of a necrotic ulcerative lesion spreading centrifugally for 3 weeks in a patient with malignant non‐Hodgkin's T‐cell lymphoma. The very infiltrative nature of the main lesion made differential diagnosis difficult in the presence of extremely differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (SCC).
