Maxwell's equations for time-dependent fields are integrated directly by using the scalar-vector analog of Green's theorem and the Dirac delta function. The fields are expressed in terms of volume and surface integrals over the time varying sources. For the particular case of harmonic time variation, the results agree with previous solutions.
