Several necessary graph-theoretic conditions are presented for a parametrized system nut to have structurally fixed modus under output feedback of some arbitrarily specified pattern. The criteria are formulated by the aid of a new graph which represents the couplings inherent in the system as well as the admissible feedback pattern.
