摘要:

AbstractThe catalysis of amide bond synthesis by lipases between a fatty amine and a fatty acid is studied. The optimum massic yield is obtained when the laurylamine and oleic acid are placed in reaction mole to mole in the presence of theMucor mieheilipase (NOVO lipozyme) at 60°C. The study of the variation of water activity and of the quantity of water in the reaction medium shows that water inhibits N lauryloleylamide synthesis
