Our brief experience with Kleinsasser’s method of microlaryngoscopy has been very rewarding. With further experience the slight increase in lime which is necessary for this technique should be further reduced and the method may become routine. The upper teeth are protected with a dental impression tray filled with brown Stents material. A new instrument was developed which is mounted on the light carrier and which helps guide the long handled instruments.
