摘要:

A case is reported of primary hemorrhagic syndrome produced by a functional defect of platelets due to an extrinsic cause, being associated with a decrease of all blood lipid fractions, particularly of phosphatidylcholine and with an absence of phosphatidylethanolamine. The possible relationships between the two alterations are discussed.
