The establishment of a new structure in the European Economic Community and the future role to be played by FEOGA (European Guidance and Guarantee Fund) with its attendant problems is discussed. The work of the Guarantee and Guidance Fund with the different methods of operation is described and tables giving the various allocations of aid to Member States are shown. The creation of an individual project common measure and a new regulation with its field of operation limited to the processing and marketing of agricultural products with the effects on Commission policy are considered.
