SummaryThe authors have observed eight eases of pure pulmonary stenosis (among which only two eases of poststenotic pulmonary dilatation, confirmed by angiocardiography).In leads I II, III, Ve, V1- V6, there was no indication of right ventricular hypertrophy, in spite of the right ventricular tension which in two cases, reached 60/0, and in two other eases 120/0 and 130/0 mm Hg.Clinically, it was not possible to exclude a slight shunt, even with catheterism and angiocardiography. Differential diagnosis, prognosis and therapy are under discussion.
