摘要:
SummaryA method, derived of the Wright-Lilienfeld Test, is applied in a serie of 323 patients with hypertension : 72,7 % of these patients have a abnormal capillary fragility test. A strong statistical correlation (x2test of Pearson) can be established between the subjective complaints and the degree of capillary fragility. This fragility seems also in relation with the height of the blood pressure. The age of the subjects is without importance. No correlation is available between the occurence of cerebral vasculary complications and the capillary fragility. This fragility seems also in relation with the height of the blood than with the capillary fragility. The cerebral complications occured sooner and more frequently in men than in women with hypertension.
