摘要:
S.‐F. LU AND P.‐P. CHANG. 1996. A bacterium producing thermostable neutral protease was isolated from an orchard in Taiwan and identified asPseudomonas aeruginosa. Optimal activity of the protease fromPs. aeruginosawas observed at 60°C and pH 7.0. The protease was thermostable, 85% activity being retained after incubation at 60°C for 1 h. Enzyme activity could be inhibited by EDTA, indicating the protease might require a metal ion for its activity. The protease was active in the presence of surface‐active r
