摘要:

AbstractA fully automated piece of equipment for digital time‐lapse cinematography of a series of objects (DTLCSO) was used to record the course of defense reactions of callus cultures derived from the developed root, hypocotyl, cotyledons and young epicotyl needles ofPicea abiesseedlings against a wooddestroying fungusPhaeolus schweinitzii. The callus cultures exhibited different intensities of defense reaction against the mycelium of the fungus. A hypothesis is suggested that the defense reactions of individual tissues and organs are associated with the integrity of the plant organis
