摘要:

The determination of Ga contained in biological materials was carried out by a spectrographic method based on the hollow cathode discharge. Tumoral tissues of rats affected by Morris Hepatoma were treated with boiling HNO3. The resulting solutions were diluted and aliquots thereof directly introduced into the cavity of steel electrodes. After calcination, the cathodes were discharged at 400 mA for 4 min using A at 55) Pa as the carrier gas. The technique was found to be simple, reliable and sensitive. Analytical results agree very well with those obtained by AAS and arc OES.
