ZusammenfassungEs wird versucht, die Phylogenese der Mollusken mit Hilfe der Methode von HENNIG aufzuhellen. Das Ergebnis ist ein Argumentationsschema, das die verwandtschaftlichen Beziehungen der Weich‐tierklassen vintereinander und zu anderen Phyla widerspiegelt. Die Berücksichtigung der Anatomie nur der rezenten Mollusken und die Bewertung von Merkmalen als Plesio‐ oder Apomorphien fiihren zu einer Auffassung der Verwandtschaftsbeziehungen, die in einigen Punkten von verbreiteten Vbrstellungen abweicht: Monoplacophora und Gastropoda sind phylogenetische Schwestergruppen; ebenso die Caudofoveata und Solenogastres, die daher als “Aplacophora” zusammengefaßt werden können; dagegen gibt es keine Berechrigung, Aplacophora und Polyplacophora als “Amphineura” oder “Aculifera” zu vereinigen. Consideration of the anatomy of recent molluscs and the evaluation of certain features as plesiomorphies or apomorphies leads to a concept of relationships which, in some points, differs from common opinions: Monoplacophora and Gastropoda are phylogenetic sister groups; Caudofoveata and Solenogastres also have a common origin and therefore it is correct to place both in the “Aplacophora”; but there is no justification to combine Aplacophora and Polyplacophora in the “Amphineura” or “Aculifera”.
